Getting Started
1. Create Your Account
Navigate to the registration page and create your account. You'll receive a unique secondary ID for team collaboration.
2. Access the Dashboard
Once logged in, you'll land on the Dashboard - your command center for social media orchestration. The dashboard features:
- AI Agent - Your intelligent assistant for content strategy
- Platform Tabs - Quick access to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Business Space - Private team messaging
- Analytics - Real-time performance metrics
Platform Setup
Twitter/X
- Navigate to Settings → Twitter
- Click "Connect Twitter Account"
- Authorize XodoxSpace to access your account
- Your tweets and analytics will sync automatically
- Navigate to Settings → Facebook
- Click "Connect Facebook Page"
- Select the page you want to manage
- Grant necessary permissions for posting and analytics
- Navigate to Settings → Instagram
- Connect your Instagram Business Account
- Ensure your account is linked to a Facebook Page
- Enable media insights for analytics
- Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp
- Enter your WhatsApp Business phone number
- Configure the AI system prompt for automated responses
- Enable the connection to start receiving messages
AI Features
🧪 Conceptual Lab
Generate creative content ideas powered by Gemini AI. The Conceptual Lab provides:
- 5 unique content ideas with hooks, formats, and platform recommendations
- Visual flowcharts showing content creation workflows
- Mind maps illustrating idea relationships
- Platform-specific optimization suggestions
How to use: Click the "Conceptual Lab" button in the AI Agent tab, enter your topic, and let the AI generate comprehensive content strategies.
📊 Reach Forecast
Predict content performance before publishing. The Reach Forecast analyzes:
- Engagement score (1-100) based on current trends
- Organic vs Paid reach predictions with visual charts
- Audience demographic breakdowns with pie charts
- Actionable feedback to improve performance
How to use: Click "Reach Forecast", enter your content and target region, and receive AI-powered predictions with visual data representations.
🤖 WhatsApp AI Agent
Automate WhatsApp responses with intelligent AI. Configure your agent to:
- Respond to customer inquiries automatically
- Maintain your brand voice with custom system prompts
- Handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Provide 24/7 customer support

Real-Time Platform Analytics
XodoxSpace fetches real analytics directly from platform APIs when credentials are available:
Likes, Retweets, Replies, Impressions

Likes, Comments, Views
Note: Analytics automatically update when you connect your platform accounts in Settings. If credentials are unavailable, the system gracefully falls back to locally stored data.
Troubleshooting
Platform not connecting
Ensure you have the necessary permissions and that your access token hasn't expired. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the platform.
Analytics not showing
Check that your platform is properly connected in Settings. Analytics may take a few minutes to sync after initial connection.
AI responses not generating
Verify your API keys are configured correctly. Check the browser console for any error messages.
WhatsApp messages not receiving
Ensure your phone number is correctly formatted and the webhook is properly configured in your WhatsApp Business settings.
