By accessing and using Xodox Space, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Xodox Space for personal or commercial social media management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Token System

Xodox Space operates on a token-based system. Each action (posting to platforms, AI analysis with media) consumes one token. Tokens are non-refundable and do not expire. Users receive 15 free tokens upon registration.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
  • Not use the service for spam or malicious purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create and post through Xodox Space. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us permission to process and transmit your content to the platforms you select.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, platform API changes, or third-party service failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xodox Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
